How enquiry information is used.

Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details and event information you provide. This may include your name, organisation, email address, phone number, event dates, venue, attendance estimates, technical requirements and an uploaded site plan.

Why it is used

The information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess the technical requirement, prepare a proposal, maintain sales records and manage any resulting project. Enquiry details may be recorded in ErskineTech's customer relationship management system and sent to an internal notification channel so the request can be reviewed.

Site plans and attachments

Optional site plans are validated and forwarded with the enquiry. They are not intentionally placed in a public web directory by this website package. Copies may be retained in business systems where needed to assess or deliver the project.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after analytics consent is accepted. You can reject analytics without preventing the enquiry form from working.

Retention and rights

Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably required for sales, project, legal and accounting purposes. You may contact ErskineTech Ltd to ask about the information held, request correction or raise a privacy concern.
